Neighbors and friends of Seminary Oaks Park are concerned about the proposal by the City of Menlo Park to construct an underground water reservoir and pump station to provide an emergency water supply. Construction of this system, which will close the park for at least 18 months, will result in a park with a drastically difference topography and landscape and many fewer trees.
